1.Each order will be confirmed by return e-mail within 24 hours from the
moment of placing it.
2.All customers will be informed about the status of their order by
e-mail. (Please ensure your email is typed correctly).
3.Customers have the right to cancel or to make changes in their order
before receiving an e-mail with information that the parcel has been
dispatched (please e-mail us with any changes to your order as early as
possible).
Customers cannot cancel any orders which have already been dispatched.
4.Parcel is dispatched no longer than 24 hours after receiving payment
(from Monday to Friday).
5.If you are searching for an item which is not in our shop, please
contact us and we will try to help you. Give us as much information as
possible about the record (title, artist, label, catalogue number).
